What are the Rwanda visa photo requirements for Ireland citizens?
If they plan to visit Rwanda, foreign visitors should bring recent passport-biographical page images that were shot within the last six months. The Irish nationals' e-visas now require a certain number of face photo requirements set by the Rwandan government. Accordingly, each Ireland applicant's digital photo for an e-visa needs to meet the following requirements:
- The photo can be in any format
- Photo size - minimum 10 KB and maximum 1 MB
- The picture’s height must match its width
- The photo should show clearly the entire face
- The photo needs to be either white or simply light in color.
- The background of the picture needs to be white.
- The photo has no borders
- No accessories such as glasses, earrings, etc.
The photo requirements listed above apply to applications for e-visas in Ireland. A scan of the biographical page of their passport, which is still valid six months after the date of arrival, is required for visitors from Ireland traveling to Rwanda. This picture needs to have a file size of between 10 and 300 KB.
